Having worked both here and on the mainland, she has a perspective that will be a major asset to our business.”   For Steven, the opportunity to lead the (initially) small team in her hometown – with the benefit of more than 40 others in Adelaide and Melbourne to back her up – was too good to turn down: “It’s exciting to have a national agency player in the Hobart market. I’m really looking forward to giving Tasmanian clients the high calibre work Showpony is renowned for.”   Showpony opened the doors in Salamanca Place in April this year after catching on to the Tasmanian creative vibe.   Says Parris Mesidis, group creative director, Showpony: “There’s a passion for craft here that has blown me away. Everything from delicious whiskey to stunning cinematography. That’s the perfect formula for amazing creative.”   With more than forty staff across offices in Hobart, Melbourne and Adelaide, Showpony is a group of deliberately smaller, highly creative agencies.
