Earlier this year we worked with SA Health to put a campaign to market that has had some amazing results. Our simple TVC, featuring a funny series of text messages on a family group chat, really grabbed the attention of Adelaide’s hospital-going public, particularly the “hard to reach’ younger demos.
By informing people of the options available to them in a relevant and relatable format, our campaign contributed to a massive 13.8% drop in Category 5 presentations at emergency departments. This reduced the workload and pressure on ED staff so that they could cope with the increase in category 1, 2 and 3 presentations that 2019 delivered.
Not only were the messages recalled at unprecedented levels, but they were achieved with a lower than average spend compared with other government campaigns. Watch this space for a full case study in the coming weeks.
