McLaren Vale is a wine region with a generous people who actively promote others in the area rather than squabble over “share of wallet”. This happiness to recommend others has visitors to the area planning one itinerary then “discovering” another.

The billboard depicting a woman walking through a vineyard carrying an ornate, upholstered chair begs the question, “what is happening here?”

The website and its food, wine and accommodation options, itinerary planner and event guide provides all the answers. There is a lot happening in McLaren Vale everyday.

Effectiveness

The website averages 450 hits per day with an average time on site of over four minutes and more than four pages per visit. In the lead up to the Sea and Vines Festival, the site received more than 1200 hits a day.

Mobile site gets high number of hits and good “time on site” results.

The brand, logo, tagline and visual communication has been endorsed and adopted by the whole McLaren Vale community, no easy task for a committee-based client.
