There were a number of reasons why the move to Pulteney St was a good one, but the rooftop really has to take the cake.
When the agent was showing Parris, Sophie and I around the space, describing the fit out the architect had planned (PACT, downstairs from us, great people, very talented) and talked about the lease terms, he dropped the words, "rooftop deck" as casually as if he'd said "off street parking". He then continued on about end-of-trip facilities and air-conditioning and something else I can't remember.
