With a health crisis breeding anxiety, loneliness and isolation, we needed to shed some light on how we can keep mentally fit without jeopardising our physical health. While we’re social distancing and keeping to our ‘four metres squared’, this campaign encourages South Australians to enjoy the local and national parks… and think bigger!
